How much is delivery + how long is it going to take?

UK DELIVERY ONLY

Free delivery on orders over £50.                        

Standard delivery: £4.50 

2 - 4 working days. orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following monday.

Express delivery: £5.99

1-3 working days. please note this service does not deliver on sundays or bank holidays. we may at certain times of the year suspend our next day delivery option.

Should your order fail to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please notify us immediately. If you do not notify us within 30 days we will be unable to investigate or replace any missing items.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@bamilek. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is BAMILEK actually a sustainable brand?

Yes, that is the simplest answer. Sustainability is one of our core values and is thought about at every stage of our process. Find out more about our sustainability initiative here.

What about your packaging?

The ties are made from 100% natural cotton, and are dyed using natural plant dyes + extracts. As for our mailers, shipping labels, kraft paper and stickers these are all compostable + biodegradable! Leave it in a home compost or put it in your compost bins for them to be commercially composted. 

All our mailers have double self-seal strips which makes them easier to reuse 

for returns.

We use courier services that offset their carbon emissions, so from the field to your house we try our best to protect mother nature.
